This is a major problem in my mobile phone i cant figure  it out first and i wanted to throw my moble away but finally i found a solution that can help

solution

this is for rooted mobile phones if your mobile is not rooted go ahead and root your mobile its very east just download kingoroot and just it is a one click root software 

soo after rooting download root explorer apk file if u want u can download both from the link below

after installing root explore

step 1 search for system open it

step 2 search for etc open it

step 3 search for host file

step 4 touch hold on it and open it with text editor

step 5 now u see in the above image there is only the above line so delate the below line and go into the options then save and exit

now open your play store 

that the final solution and it will work 100%
